Online Team Check In Information

Team Check In Information – Adidas Fall Classic

Please review all of the information below:

All teams will check in online (NO SATURDAY CHECK IN).

A Guest player is defined as a player from another club.  Club Pass player is a player from within your own club.  Club Pass players do NOT need guest player forms and do not count towards your guest player total.

Electronic Check In – Deadline for E-Check In is Sunday September 6th at 5pm.

Check in is through your Got Soccer team account. Under “Event Registration History”, click on Adidas Fall Classic. Click on the documents tab on the far right. This is where you will upload your documents. All documents MUST be a PDF. Don’t upload each page separately. Any team NOT following these instructions will not be considered checked in. We will upload the stamped, approved roster when your check in is complete. Print four copies of the stamped, approved roster and bring to each of your scheduled tournament games.

  1. Official State Roster (event roster generated from the team account) or US Club Roster or National organization roster (if other): with all players that will be playing on the roster – including guest players – can be written in: all players need to have uniform numbers on the rosters. All coaching staff that will be in the bench area must be on the roster. Guest players from outside of the club will need guest player forms. Guest player forms and player passes for guest players should be at the end of each document.
  2. Player and Coach ID cards – we need the front of all player and coach cards scanned and sent in. Player ID cards need to be organized in alphabetical order by last name
  3. For teams outside of Florida: Permission to travel per your national association policies. Note: current policies for US Club Soccer rosters do not require and additional permission to travel.
  4. DO NOT SUBMIT documents electronically until ALL documents are ready – submit everything at one time!
  5. You will receive confirmation within 7 days if everything is approved or if anything is needed.  You will receive a stamped roster back via email.  Any team NOT using the validated roster may forfeit games if different from the stamped, approved roster.

Game Procedures: Teams will be responsible for having all rosters/player and coach cards/medical releases at each game. Team will provide a stamped tournament roster to the game officials at each game along with the passes.

The official roster is NOT the tournament check in roster.  Please ask your club registrar for help if you don’t have an official roster.
