FAQ: Player Selection Process 2025/2026

 

 

 

How Will I Be Contacted?
After the first tryout for your specific age group, team invitations will begin being sent via email to the same address used when you registered for tryouts. These invites typically go out within 48 hours after that first session and will continue on a rolling basis throughout the tryout period.

Didn’t Receive an Invite Yet? No Worries!
If you don’t receive an invite after the first tryout—please don’t be discouraged! It does not mean you’re out of the running. We strongly encourage you to continue attending the remaining tryout sessions for your age group. Many final decisions are made after coaches have had the opportunity to see players more than once.

What If I Don’t Make the Team?
We often have multiple teams within each age group. If you aren’t selected for the team in a particular league, there are still opportunities to be placed on another team that’s well-suited to your level. Our goal is to place each player where they’ll grow, be challenged, and enjoy their experience.

When Are Final Selections Made?
Final team invites will be sent out after the last tryout date for your age group. Most rosters are expected to be finalized by the end of the first week of May.

Important Note: Accepting Your Invite
Once you receive an invite, you’ll have 24 hours to accept your roster spot. This helps our coaches begin building their rosters promptly.
